This is the web site for

Los Alcazares Digital Camera Club <>LADCC

The club comprises a group of people who have a common interest in digital photography.

We meet on the first Tuesday of each month to swap information (see annual program). At this meeting we usually hold a competition on the subject as shown in the program; where members submit two photographs they have taken during the current year, for a critique by the other members to enable us to learn more about photography and the use of computer software. See Winners page for past winners and also the "Members page " where the submissions of each member´s contributions are shown for the current year

On the third Tuesday of each month we have an Activity Day; (also shown in the Annual program) this may be a field trip to a place which has a strong photographic interest, a workshop on photographic techniques or software, a visit to an event of photographic interest or, perhaps a project of common interest. The places visited on field trips are all within a two hour car drive and, once there, members can practice what they have learned in the workshops.

The exchange of information, both at the meetings and on the field trips, characterizes the club with members covering all standards from someone with their first camera to others who have many years of experience behind them.

We are a friendly crowd who welcome anyone with an interest in digital photography and we look forward to meeting you.

Club meetings and workshops take place at Las Claras Community Centre in Los Narejos which is a suburb of Los Alcazares.
